The miller's craft on the Little Danube
The stilt-supported watermill near Tomášikovo recalls the days when river power was used to grind grain. According to the original guide, it operated until 1960 and opened to the public as a museum in 1982. Its large waterwheel has also survived.
The mill stands about three kilometres from the village, beside the Little Danube. Nearby there is a landing place for paddlers, camping space and refreshments. A visit can be combined with cycling or other watermills in the region.
