The spiritual and historic heart of Győr
The Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary stands on Káptalandomb, in the oldest part of Győr, opposite the Bishop's Castle. It is one of the city's important religious monuments and houses the reliquary of Saint Ladislaus.
