Tereza offers year-round stays in five studios and one apartment, approximately 600 metres on foot from the thermal baths. Total capacity is 22 guests, including extra beds.

Each unit has a kitchenette, television and private bathroom. Ground-floor units have a terrace, while upstairs units have a balcony. The garden has a swing, a slide and space to relax together.
